Local Plan Reminder

Housing and infrastructure is a hot topic in Shipston. If you want a say in the way we live and work between now and 2050, you have until 8 September to engage in the South Warwickshire Local Plan proposals.

The Local Plan aims ‘to ensure that the necessary infrastructure and the right type and number of homes and employment sites’ are delivered across the area for the next two-and-half decades. It sets out the policies that will be used to make decisions on planning applications for major schemes for new homes and schools as well as for smaller projects.
