Repair Cafe Opening

Come and see what can be done to extend the life of your favourite articles. Shipston’s new Repair Café will be officially opening on 11th April from 10am-2pm at the Ellen Badger.

The Repair Café is an opportunity to bring along household items in need of fixing while enjoying a drink and a slice of cake. Run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers, it aims to reduce
waste, share practical skills, and create another friendly space for people to come together. Volunteers have already been recruited – woodworkers, PAT testers, electricians, bike repairers,
sewing whizzes and other multi-talented people – but it’s not too late to volunteer your talents if you want to do something different in 2026.
